KINGSPAN trading & contracting WLL is organized and operated as an alternative Interior Design solution provider and project-focused matrix management structure. The Design and Operation team forms the nucleus of the company with experienced Design/Project Leaders managing allocated individual and groups of projects throughout all value-adding phases, from inception to completion and hand-over to operations.
The Design Team prepares the design drawings, development, guides, coordinates, orchestrates all contributions from internal departments and act as project spokesperson to the shareholders.
Five functional departments: Design, HR/Admin/IT, Operations and Commercial, and Finance provide specific functional support to the projects and on a corporate level, taking responsibility for their specific field of expertise and related tasks.
In the matrix of project teams and functional teams each manager has experienced professionals with different academic and professional backgrounds from local and international arena. The integration of all disciplines and departments is managed through frequent Project Status meetings. Status reviews and strategic and financial approval processes are managed through monthly Executive Committee meetings and/or frequent reports to the Board of Directors.
